Incident Lock Screen.

The Incident Lock screen allows the Incident Commander to Lock the incident. Once the incident is locked it prevents the data in the report from being tampered with. Once an incident is locked only a few actions, such as releasing resources, generating reports marking objectives and plans as complete The rest of the data cannot be edited.
